All about Polesworth Christian Fellowship

We are an independent evangelical church serving the village communities of Polesworth, Dordon and Birchmoor located in the north of Warwickshire close to the county boundary with Staffordshire and Leicestershire.  In recent years the area has suffered dramatic change with the demise of the coal mining industry although its history goes back to Saxon times.

Polesworth Christian Fellowship was formed in 1990 and meets at the Hilltop Youth & Community Centre in Polesworth in facilities provided to the area by Warwickshire County Council Youth Service.  These are located on the Polesworth International Language College campus.

We meet on Sunday mornings for our all age worship service which includes the Noah's Ark Sunday School for 3 to 10 year olds and Alpha's Angels for those 11 years and older.  Once a month we arrange an evening service in the village of Birchmoor.

The focus of the week night activities is children and young people.  We have our own Boys' Brigade and Girls' Brigade companies and marching band 'The Polesworth Pioneers'.  In addition we offer the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme to teenagers.

The life of the Fellowship is underpinned by the weekly bible study and prayer meetings.

The vision of the Fellowship is to present the good news of Jesus Christ to all who will listen.
